Mental Health Peer Support Programme
The Mental Health Peer Support Programme empowers young people to engage in conversations around mental health, and to equip them with the skills and resources they need to protect their wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around them.
It can be delivered in schools.
The programme consists of a set of five two-hour workshops that are centred around exploring mental health, support tools, self-care, how to set and maintain boundaries, dealing with stress, and how to make referrals for yourself or others.
